Sometimes stuff just happen!

This is one of those times when you say to yourself; everything is perfectly okay. Simply acknowledging the experience of “What is” without seeing it as “good” or “bad.”
One way to help you learn to accept things is to understand that sometimes things just happen, end of story!

Acknowledging that things don’t “always” make sense and sometimes “aren’t fair” can help you stay in the present moment; observe all that is going on and trust that whatever it is, there is a purpose in it, it just hasn’t unfolded yet.
Embracing where you are is an effective way of thinking in your acceptance of what you are facing.

Accepting all you were and are creates the groundwork for creating who you want to be.

Another most effective way to become more accepting is to realize that, in every moment, you are always doing the best you can and also that everyone is doing the best they can. By doing this, you lessen being more critical of yourself and beating yourself down.

Accepting right now you can’t do any better; doesn’t mean tomorrow will be the same. Once you accept where you are right now, you can develop a clear way forward.

Take heart, in the end it all works out as it is supposed to.
