Stay Hopeful

Stay hopeful; nothing last forever.
As we start a new month my hope for you is that you will have a month filled with great things. You might say, “you don’t know how my year has started, I have been going through hell for the last few months, I just don’t seem to catch a break.” That is very true and fair to say, but if there is anything, I have learned along the way is that, nothing lasts forever. The pain will ease up, you might learn how to cope or at the end of it, it always works out.
Some of my coping skills I might suggest are; journaling, don’t edit your thoughts, be as raw, leave it all on the paper. Going for a walk or a work out you enjoy to take your mind off as you getting healthier; you are killing two birds with one stone. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, they let you vent but kindly support you to a higher you where you can be the best version of you. Sometimes you just take a deep breath, sit with all the feelings in stillness and ask yourself; “what is the lesson? Or what is the opportunity in this.” Sometimes what you are going through is the stepping stone to your greatness. What doesn’t kill makes you stronger which positions you to be the best person to help another going through what you are going through when you have come out of it.
Hang in there, take courage and literally take one step at a time, one breath at a time, one second at a time and know you are not alone. All of us are going through something but we have to keep on keeping on. Things will ease up for you
